§ 4-2-13 VIOLATION.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor punishable as provided in § 1-4-1 of this code of ordinances and, in addition, the Mayor may suspend or revoke the license, if any, held by such violator.
