(A) A violation of §§ 95.15 or 95.16 is hereby designated a civil offense. Any person who fails to comply with the terms and provisions of §§ 95.15 or 95.16 shall be deemed in violation thereof, and shall be subject to a civil penalty of $50 for each offense, to be recovered by the city in the nature of a debt if the offender does not pay the penalty within 30 days after he/she has been cited for a violation of §§ 95.15 or 95.16. The City Attorney shall pursue all violations of §§ 95.15 or 95.16 by filing a petition with the court of appropriate jurisdiction. Each violation of any provision of §§ 95.15 or 95.16 shall be a separate offense. (Ord. O-3-95, passed - -95)
(B) A violation of §§ 95.25 through 95.28 is hereby designated a civil offense. Any person who fails to comply with the terms and provisions of §§ 95.25 through 95.28 shall be deemed in violation thereof, and shall be subject to a civil penalty of $50 for each offense, to be recovered by the city in the nature of a debt if the offender does not pay the penalty within 30 days after he/she has been cited for a violation of §§ 95.25 through 95.27. The City Attorney shall pursue all violations of §§ 95.25 through 95.28 by filing a petition with the court of appropriate jurisdiction. Each occurrence of violation of any provision of §§ 95.25 through 95.28 shall be a separate offense.
