AVAILABLE SANITATION FACILITY. Toilet facilities with working plumbing. Such facilities shall be inspected and approved by the appropriate regulatory agency before use is allowed. Such facilities must be located within 500 feet of the construction site and must be available and accessible to all persons associated with the construction site.
CONSTRUCTION SITE. Any premises on which remodeling, demolition or new construction occurs.
PORTABLE CHEMICAL TOILET. Any device designed for sanitary use on a self-contained basis.
