§ 95.28 NOTICE TO CEASE AND DESIST.

It shall be presumed to be a violation of this subchapter if notice to cease and desist from producing the prohibited sound or noise has been given to any person and that person continues to make or cause to be made a noise or sound of similar intensity and duration within 24 hours of the notice to cease and desist.
