Unless otherwise provided by Idaho Code or any ordinance of the city, any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine as set out in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1984 Code § 10-1-10; amd. 2014 Code)
