§ 73.01 SEMI-TRAILERS RESTRICTED.
   No semi-trailer is to be driven or hauled upon any public street or thoroughfare in the Town of Fremont except as allowed herein.

§ 73.02 COMMERCIAL DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS.
   Any semi-trailer traveling or being hauled to make a commercial delivery at any site in the Town of Fremont not accessible via truck routes as established herein and meeting weight restrictions applicable to State Road 120 and County Road 827 may travel by the shortest route available to the delivery site for the purpose of making the delivery and returning therefrom without unreasonable delay shall be permitted.

§ 73.03 LOAD RESTRICTIONS
   (A)   One loaded semi-trailer may be driven or hauled to the residence of an operator provided:
      (1)   That the loaded weight of the trailer does not exceed 9,000 pounds; and
      (2)   That the operator lived at the residence prior to the adoption of this section regularly drove or hauled semi-trailers to the residence prior to the adoption of this section, and the operator certifies by the affidavit that the facts required by this division exists and files the same with the Town Council within 30 days of the first publication of this section, the affidavit is to state the legal description of the real estate upon which the residence is located and is to be prepared in recordable form and accompanied with funds to cover the cost of recording the same with the Steuben County Recorder.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer is to cause any affidavits filed pursuant to this division to be filed with the Steuben County Recorder.
