For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COMMERCIAL DELIVERY. A delivery to any commercial or industrial facility, and any moving van moving residential personal furniture and property, or any delivery of consumer goods to a residence by any person or entity other than the owner or resident thereof, or any dump truck or delivery truck delivering construction materials or fill to a construction site where the facility or site is not conveniently accessible from a truck route, or any garbage or refuse truck collecting garbage or refuse from a set-out site within the town, or any trailer or tractor brought to a garage for repair.
SEMI-TRAILER. Any semi-trailer or any dumptruck and does not require that the trailer be full of cargo.
