(A) No semi-trailer is to be parked on any paved portion of any street or highway or any paved portion of any street or highway right-of-way within the municipality for more than 2 hours nor is any semi-trailer to be parked in any manner so as to interfere with street cleaning, repairs or snow removal.
(B) Any semi-trailer parked on any unpaved portion of a street right-of-way is parked at owner’s risk including risk of being plowed in with snow during snow removal by municipality.
(C) One semi-tractor may be parked at the residence of the operator provided that the tractor is not left running for more than 45 minutes at any 1 time or for more than 45 minutes during any 8-hour period.
