§ 94.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Violation of § 94.006 shall be a class 3 misdemeanor.

   (C)   (1)   Whoever overdrives, overloads, overworks, tortures, torments, cruelly beats, mutilates or unlawfully kills an animal, or causes or procures an animal to be so overdriven, overloaded, driven when overloaded, overworked, tortured, tormented, cruelly beaten, mutilated or killed, and whoever, having charge or custody of an animal, either as owner or otherwise, inflicts unnecessary cruelty upon it, cruelly drives or works it when unfit for labor, or cruelly abandons it, or carries it or causes it to be carried in or upon a vehicle or otherwise, in an unnecessarily cruel or inhumane manner or knowingly and willfully authorizes or permits it to be subjected to unreasonable or unnecessary torture, suffering or cruelty of any kind, may be guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
      (2)   Enforcement of § 94.045 shall be by a Town Animal Control Officer. Any peace officer may enforce § 94.045 if requested to assist a Town Animal Control Officer or if a Town Animal Control Officer is unavailable. Any person violating the provisions of this section may be guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
      (3)   Any person who is the owner of, or who has the charge, custody or control of any animal or fowl, who willfully and knowingly permits or aids, abets or encourages the animal or fowl to engage in a fight with any other animal or fowl within the town on a wager, or for sport, or for any other purpose, may be deemed guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
      (4)   If any person accidentally or otherwise injures an animal within the town and leaves the scene without making a reasonable effort to report it to the animal owner, animal shelter or appropriate animal control agency at once, that person may be deemed guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor. Whenever any animal is found which appears to be lost or strayed, it shall be the duty of the finder to notify the animal owner, animal shelter or appropriate animal control agency at once.

   (D)   A person violating any provision of §§ 94.060 through 94.069 is guilty of a class 3 misdemeanor.
   (E)   Any person violating any provision of § 94.043 is guilty of a petty offense with a penalty as stated in § 130.99(B).
