(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter where the offense is designated as a Class 1, 2, or 3 misdemeanor shall be subject to all penalties available under the Arizona Revised Statutes, A.R.S. Title 13, for Class 1, 2, or 3 misdemeanors, respectively. Such penalties are included by reference and will not require amendment of this section when any applicable amendment to the A.R.S. becomes effective.
(B) Any person violating any provision of this chapter where the offense is designated as a petty offense shall be subject to a fine of up to $300 per offense.
(C) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be considered to have committed a petty offense.
