§ 94.006 ANIMALS IN TOWN PARKS.
   It is unlawful for any person being the owner of, or having charge, custody or control of, any animal to allow the animal, including domestic pets, to stray or otherwise enter a town park at any time, or to bring the animal into a town park on leash or otherwise.
