It shall be the duty of the Town Manager to cause all ordinances of the town to be enforced and to attend all meetings of the Town Council. It shall further be the duty of the Manager within 30 days after the close of each year to require a report to the Town Council from the various departments of the town government for the previous year and recommend the adjustments as he may see fit, and the Manager shall perform other duties as the Town Council may from time to time require.
