(A) A neighborhood convenience center or a shopping center plan may be permitted by the Board of Zoning Appeals as a special exception, subject to compliance with the requirements contained in this section and §§ 155.061 and 155.062 and in accordance with the procedures of §§ 155.100 through 155.105.
(B) The local business uses provided in § 155.041, and also a filling station, are permitted on a tract of land proposed for a neighborhood convenience center or a shopping center. The proposed plan shall include at least four separate types of business uses as are specifically classified or implied in the local business use categories in § 155.041, not more than one of which shall be an automobile service, as set forth in § 155.041 (A), or a filling station as set forth in § 9 of Appendix A at the end of this chapter.
