§ 155.100  WHERE PERMITTED.
   (A)   The special exceptions listed in § 9 of Appendix A at the end of this chapter and their accessory buildings and uses may be permitted by the Board of Zoning Appeals in the districts indicated therein, in accordance with the procedure set forth in §§ 155.101 through 155.105 and the requirements listed in § 9 of Appendix A.
   (B)   Special exceptions are uses publicly operated, and those uses traditionally affected with public interest, and those uses entirely private in character, but of such an unusual nature that their operation may give rise to unique problems with respect to their impact upon neighboring property and public facilities.
