In the event a local business use or roadside business use or enclosed industrial use is proposed to be located in an RB Roadside Business District, the application therefore shall not be granted until after it has been subject to the requirements and procedure specified in §§ 155.100 through 155.105, and § 9 of Appendix A at the end of this chapter, for a special exception use.
