The business uses classified in §§ 155.041 through 155.043 are permitted in the districts indicated in § 2 of Appendix A at the end of this chapter, when complying with the requirements specified in §§ 2, 3, and 4 of Appendix A at the end of this chapter, subject to the provisions of §§ 155.044 through 155.053. Roadside Business Uses are also subject to the provisions of § 155.055.
