(A) Parking spaces shall be provided on the lot, or as an exception within 300 feet thereof, as indicated in § 4 of Appendix A at the end of this chapter.
(B) The Board of Zoning Appeals may waive the parking space required in a block frontage contained in a business district in which the ground floor area of business or industrial structures, including their accessory buildings, existing on February 21, 1967, equaled 50% or more of the entire area of the block frontage.
(C) Groups of uses requiring parking space may join in establishing a private parking area with a capacity aggregating that required for each participating use.
(D) Any multi-family dwelling used as an accessory use of business buildings shall conform to the minimum parking requirements set forth in § 1 of Appendix A at the end of this chapter for a multi-family dwelling use. The location of the parking space may be permitted as an exception by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
