§ 90.04  NOISY OR ODOROUS ANIMALS AS NUISANCE.
   The keeping of any animal, bird, fowl, or reptile which, by causing frequent or continued noises or odors, shall disturb the comfort, repose, or safety of persons in any dwelling house or residence shall constitute a public nuisance and shall be unlawful.
