§ 90.99. PENALTY.

   (A)   Except as provided in §§ 90.03 and 90.25, any person who is found to have violated a provision of this chapter shall be assessed the following civil penalties:

      (1)   First offense:  $25;

      (2)   Second offense within 12 months of same or other provision of this chapter:  $50;

      (3)   Third and subsequent offenses within 12 months of same or other provision of this chapter: $100.

   (B)   If more than one citation is issued then each citation shall be subject to individual penalties set forth in division (A) above.

   (C)   Each day that the violation occurs shall count as a separate violation resulting in additional fines.
