(A) The village shall not issue any building permit for any lot or parcel of land situated within the corporate limits of the village where Waterworks is available as provided in § 51.01, unless the building plans and specifications show connection to the Waterworks in compliance with §§ 51.001 through 51.033.
(B) The applicant for the building water permit shall notify the village when the building water line is ready for inspection and connection to the public water main. The connection shall be made under the supervision of the Director of Public Works or his representative.
