§ 51.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of §§ 51.001 through 51.125 for which no other penalty is set forth shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each offense.

   (B)   Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in § 51.033(B) and § 51.125(B) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in the amount not exceeding $750 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person found to be in violation of any provision of § 51.018 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each violation. Each day upon which a violation exists shall be deemed a separate violation. In addition, the village shall have any other remedy available to it at law or equity.
