(A) Any person who shall violate the provisions of § 150.03 shall be fined for not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each offense. Each day that a person so violates the provisions hereof, shall be deemed to be a separate offense.

(B) Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of § 150.05 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each offense and shall be subject to revocation or suspension of the business license for that establishment. Each day that a violation exists shall be deemed to be a separate offense.

(C) (1) At any violation of any provisions of §§ 150.20 through 150.27 or any of the codes adopted herein as codes established for the village shall be punished by a fine of not less than not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each offense and that each day that violation exists shall be considered a separate offense.
(2) In addition to the penalties in (B)(1) above, the village shall have all other remedies available to it either in law or jury.

(D) In addition to and not in lieu of any other remedies or any provision of penalties provided or available in law or equity, any person, entity, business or corporation which violates § 150.30 shall pay a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each day of such violation with each day constituting a separate violation.
(E) In addition to all other remedies to the village at law or equity, any contractor who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 150.50 through 150.58 shall be fined not less than $50 or not more than $750 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.

(F) In addition to and not in lieu of any other remedies or any provision of penalties provided or available in law or equity, any person, entity, business or corporation which violates § 150.77 shall pay a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each day of such violation with each day constituting a separate violation.
