§ 150.05 IMPROVEMENT OF PARKING FACILITIES.
   (A)   Hard surfaces required.
      (1)   All new industrial facilities must improve all parking surfaces with an acceptable bituminous asphalt or concrete material and comply with the design standards of this section.
      (2)   To assure installation of an acceptable bituminous asphalt or concrete surface and full compliance with the other design requirements of this section, a parking lot permit must be obtained from the village prior to the issuance of any occupancy permit for the use of an existing industrial facility adjoining or adjacent to any residential area or zoned district.
   (B)   Parking lot design standards.
      (1)   The design and construction of all industrial parking facilities shall meet all the technical requirements contained herein.
      (2)   Construction standards for all required industrial parking lots shall meet or exceed the load requirement of its designated use.
      (3)   All pavement edges must be enclosed with concrete curbing which will meet the minimum requirements for curb construction outlined in the village’s design standards.
      (4)   All driveways and approaches must meet the requirements outlined in the village’s design standards.
