(A) No mobile trailer or temporary, nonpermanent type structure shall be erected, moved, placed or located upon a lot or parcel of land within the village for the purpose of utilizing the same as an office or similar type business use, unless said lot or parcel of land is zoned and classified for industrial purposes.
(B) The provisions of this section shall not apply to such a structure upon a lot or parcel of land being utilized as an office or similar business use for the purpose of constructing improvements upon the lot or parcel of land upon which it is situated.
