§ 115.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, business entity, firm or corporation violating the provisions of §§ 115.02 through 115.13 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each violation, and each day such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (B)   Any business or person found to have violated any provision of §§ 115.40 through 115.42 shall be fined not less than $250 for the first offense and not less than $500 for each subsequent offense. (Ord. 2696, passed 2-22-11)
