§ 115.42 EVENT LICENSE.
   In addition to complying with all other requirements imposed by law, no not-for-profit charitable organization shall conduct a charitable games event subject to the requirements of ILCS Ch. 230, Act 30, §§ 1 et seq. without a license issued by the Village of Frankfort.
