§ 90.01 KEEPING OF LIVESTOCK PROHIBITED.
   (A)   The keeping of livestock within the village is prohibited.
   (B)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to any public zoo maintained under municipal supervision or to any livestock auction barn lawfully established prior to the effective date of this section.
   (C)   Violations of this section are declared to be public nuisances and to constitute a threat to the public health.

§ 90.02 ANIMALS, KEEPING OF.
   The keeping, housing, raising, use or care of animals is regulated by Chapter 3, § 3.5 of the Zoning Ordinance of the village.

§ 90.03 LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF DOGS AND CATS.
   (A)   No person shall keep more than three dogs, three cats, or any combination of three dogs and/or cats in their premises, within the village without first obtaining a kennel license for the operation of a kennel, it being deemed that the keeping of more than three dogs and/or cats shall be deemed a kennel operation and subject to being licensed as a kennel.
   (B)   Animals less than four months of age shall not be counted for the purpose of determining the number of animals kept on the premises.
