§ 73.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be fined $50 for each violation. If not paid, the fine increases to $100 on the fourteenth day from the date of violation, $200 on the thirtieth day from the date of violation, $450 on the thirty-fifth day from the date of violation, $750 on the sixtieth day from the date of violation and court proceedings shall follow.

   (B)   Any person who violates § 73.06 shall be fined $50 for each violation plus towing expenses.

   (C)   Any violation of § 73.09(B) shall be punishable, upon conviction, by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $750. Any and each violation shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.

   (D)   Any violation of § 73.10 shall be punishable, upon conviction, by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $750. Any and each violation shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
