§ 73.10 TRAILERS, CAMPERS AND BOATS ON STREETS.
   (A)   Any trailers, pickup campers and boats. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      PICKUP CAMPER. A camper body capable of being loaded onto or unloaded from or to the bed of a truck.
      TRAILER. Any wheeled vehicle without motor power and designated to be drawn by a motor vehicle.
   (B)   Attached or detached, left standing. No trailer shall be detached from a towing vehicle and left standing in any public right-of-way.
   (C)   Unloaded, left standing. No pickup camper shall be unloaded from a truck and left standing in any public right-of-way.
   (D)   Boats. No boat, whether resting on a trailer or standing by itself, shall be left standing on any public right-of-way, whether or not attached physically to a motor vehicle.
