(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle on any public street in the village at any time after a snowfall of two inches or more has accumulated, or following a declaration of a snow emergency by the Village President, unless the snow has been plowed or otherwise removed from the street in the areas surrounding all sides of the parked vehicle except:
(1) Vehicles may be parked on the north and west side of the street where the even numbered buildings are or would be located between the hours of 7:00 a.m. of that day and 7:00 a.m. of the following day on even calendar days; and
(2) Vehicles may be parked on the south and east side of the street where the odd numbered buildings are or would be located between the hours of 7:00 a.m. of that day and 7:00 a.m. of the following day on odd calendar days.
(B) Following a snowfall of two inches or more, or a declaration of a snow emergency by the Village President, no vehicle shall be parked on the following streets between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.:

(C) The Police Department has the authority to tow away any vehicle in violation of this section.
