(A) The International Fuel Gas Code (IFGC), 2015 edition, as published by the International Code Council, adopted by section 4-10-1 of this chapter is hereby amended as follows:
Section 101.1. Insert:
the Village of Forest View.
Section 106.6.2. Fee Schedule. The fees for work shall be as indicated in the following schedule defined in Section 4-1-2 of the Forest View Village Code.

Section 108.4. Insert: a an Unlawful Act, punishable by a fine of not more than $750.00 dollars. or by imprisonment not exceeding ____ days or both such fine and imprisonment.
Section 108.5. Insert: $100.00 dollars or more than the maximum penalty provided in Section 1-4-1 of the Forest View Village Code. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. dollars.
(B) If there are any specific provisions of this Code in conflict with the terms of the International Fuel Gas Code (IFGC), 2015 edition, the provisions of this Code shall control unless there is a contrary indication therein. (Ord. 17-03, 2-14-2017)
