AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE VILLAGE CODE OF FOREST VIEW, ILLINOIS

   1971

   BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF FOREST VIEW, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

   SECTION ONE: That the Village Code of Forest View, Illinois, 1971, be and the same is hereby adopted.

   Said Village Code is to read as follows:

   SECTION TWO: All general ordinances or parts of general ordinances in conflict with the provisions of said Village Code of Forest View, Illinois, 1971, except as specifically saved from repeal or otherwise excepted by the terms of said Village Code, be and the same are hereby repealed.

   SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.

   AYES: Coates, Gilbertsen, Klich, Good, Najfus

   NAYS: none

   PASSED & APPROVED this 14th day of December, 1971.
