The international property maintenance code (IPMC), 2015 edition, adopted by section 4-7-1 of this chapter is hereby amended as follows:
(A) Section 101.1. Insert:
the village of Forest View.
Section 103.5. Fees. The fees for activities and services performed by the department in carrying out its responsibilities under this code shall be as indicated in the following schedule defined in section 4-1-2 of the Forest View village code.
Section 112.4. Insert: $100.00 dollars or more than the maximum penalty provided in section 1-4-1 of the Forest View village code. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.dollars.
Section 302.4. Insert: five inches (5").
Section 304.14. Insert: April 1st to November 1st.
Section 602.3. Insert: October 1st to May 1st.
Section 602.4. Insert: October 1st to May 1st.
(B) If there are any specific provisions of this code in conflict with the terms of the international property maintenance code (IPMC), 2015 edition, the provisions of this code shall control unless there is a contrary indication therein. (Ord. 16-12, 9-27-2016)
