(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not exceeding $100.

(B) Whoever violates § 110.115 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.

(E) Whoever violates § 110.113(A)(1) or (3), (B), or (C) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.

(F) Whoever violates §§ 110.116 or 110.130(B) shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100. The court imposing a fine for a violation of §§ 110.116 or 110.130(B) may order that the fine be paid by the performance of public work at a reasonable hourly rate established by the court. The court shall designate the time within which the public work shall be completed.

(G) Whoever violates § 110.113(A)(1) is guilty of a misdemeanor, shall be fined not less than $500 and not more than $1,000, and, in addition to the fine, may be imprisoned for a definite term of not more than 60 days.

(H) Whoever violates § 110.127 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $l00.

(I) Whoever violates § 110.123 shall be fined not less than $l00 nor more than $500 on a first offense and shall be fined not less than $200 nor more than $500 on each subsequent offense.

(K) Whoever violates § 110.125 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.

(L) Whoever violates § 110.126 shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $l00 or imprisoned not less than 20 nor more than 60 days, or both.

(M) No refunds will be made if the amount claimed equals $5 or less. The foregoing not withstanding, the City Manager is granted the discretionary authority to order a refund, including but not limited to an amount of $5 or less, where deemed to be reasonable and appropriate.

(N) Whoever violates § 110.40 shall be guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor and subject to a fine of up to $250.
