§ 110.116 UNDERAGE PERSON SHALL NOT PURCHASE INTOXICATING LIQUOR OR BEER.

Except as otherwise provided in this subchapter, §§ 75.28, 133.01, 133.02, 133.03, 133.04, 133.07, or in R.C. Ch. 4301, no person under the age of 21 years shall purchase beer or intoxicating liquor.
