The Master Plan Zone is provided as an option for a limited number of larger-scale institutional uses.
The following uses may apply for the Master Plan Zone designation:
A. Hospitals and related medical facilities;
B. Government
;
C. Public high
facilities; and
D. Colleges or universities.
The Master Plan Zone is not required for the institutional uses listed above and the
permit option will still be available for
of these uses in residential and commercial zones.
