(a) Whoever violates Section 925.01(b) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. In addition, whoever violates Section 925.01(b) shall make restitution to the Village Water Department for the cost of repairs or replacement of meters, conduits, or attachments damaged, and the value of the water consumed.

(b) Whoever violates Section 925.03 shall be fined up to one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a first offense and up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each subsequent offense. (Ord. 1232. Passed 7-14-88.)
