1113.04 MOBILE HOMES.

   Mobile homes on individual lots or parcels permitted in R-2 Districts provided they meet the following conditions:

   (a)   Each shall meet the minimum lot and height requirements stated in Section 1109.02 and minimum floor area and width as stated in Section 1105.03(c).

   (b)   Each shall be anchored as follows: Placed on a concrete slab, stand, or foundation designed to carry the load.  Dimensions of structure: twelve (12) sq. in. by thirty two (32) inches deep in ground and centered under each side of the longitudinal chassis or frame.  Spacing shall not exceed ten (10) feet.  The home shall be permanently attached  by means of a minimum of six (6) anchors or tie downs such as cast in dead men eyelets imbedded in concrete, screw anchors, or other devices designed for this purpose.

   (c)   Each mobile home shall be skirted entirely enclosing the bottom section within sixty (60) days after being placed on the site.
