§ 31.26 POWERS AND DUTIES; OATH; BOND; COMPENSATION.
   (A)   The powers and duties of the offices established under § 31.25 are as set forth in the Personnel Policies and Procedures of the city (see Chapter 34) which are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof. Any future amendments to such Personnel Policies and Procedures shall, to the extent such amendments change the powers and duties of the offices created under § 31.25, constitute amendments to this section.
   (B)   Persons appointed to the offices created under § 31.25 shall, prior to beginning their duties, take the oath of office prescribed in the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
   (C)   The bonds required of the offices created under § 31.25 are as follows:
      (1)   Chief of Police - $6,000.
      (2)   Building Inspector - $6,000.
      (3)   Director of Public Works - $6,000.
   (D)   The compensation for the offices herein created shall be as set forth in the Classification and Pay Plan of the city heretofore adopted by ordinance which is incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof. Any future amendments to such Classification and Pay Plan shall, to the extent that such amendments change the compensation of the offices created under § 31.25, constitute amendments of this section.
