§ 31.25 ESTABLISHMENT.
   Pursuant to the provisions of KRS 83A.080(1), there are hereby created three nonelective city offices with the following titles:
   (A)   Chief of Police.
   (B)   Building Inspector.
   (C)   Director of Public Works.
