There are hereby established the following fees and charges for persons using the camping facilities, shelters, or buildings or other facilities at Charley Brown Memorial Park:
(A) For travel trailers and campers, twenty dollars ($20.00) per day or one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) per week, payable in advance.

Tent camping is banned in Charley Brown Park unless the tent is an accessory used for a travel trailer, camper or motor home which has paid the corresponding fees.
(C) For use of the rain shelter or lakeside shelter, forty-five dollars ($45.00) for four (4) consecutive hours.
(D) For use of the REA Building, one hundred dollars ($100.00) for four (4) consecutive hours.
(E) For use of the Scout Building, fifty dollars ($50.00) for four (4) consecutive hours.
(F) For reservation of a reunion site within Charley Brown Memorial Park, twenty dollars ($20.00) for four (4) consecutive hours.
(G) The first picnic table is charged at five dollars ($5.00) and any additional picnic table is at three dollars ($3.00) per picnic table. All fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable unless said reservation is cancelled within forty-eight (48) prior to use.
In addition to the above fees, there will be a thirty dollar ($30.00) fee for cleanup of the rented area if trash and rubbish is not picked up and placed in appropriate trash receptacles.
