The sales price for grave spaces in the original Elmwood cemetery shall be set at $500.00 and grave spaces in the north side addition of Elmwood cemetery shall be $600.00. No lot or space within the city cemetery shall be sold or transferred from one owner to another without the consent of the commissioner in charge of the city cemetery. No consent shall be given by said commissioner to the sale or transfer of a lot or space within the city cemetery if the price for the lot or space exceeds the price set for the lot or space by this chapter. Said transfer, after having been approved and made, shall be entered upon the cemetery record books of the city. (Ord. 88-942, 11-21-1988)
