Subject to other provisions of this section all operations shall maintain regular hours of operation when they shall be “open for business” with office personnel on hand. Except in the case of aircraft fuel and oil dispensing operations, normal hours of operation shall be at last from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, whenever the airport field is operating and open to air traffic. Air freight operations may at their option provide “on call” service in lieu of regular office hours. Airframe or power plant repair operations shall provide at least one (1) properly certified mechanic “on call” on weekends whenever the field is operating. The schedules of Aviation Fuel Service, provided for by Ordinance No. 2031, of aircraft fuel and oil dispensing operations shall provide for minimum regular business hours with attendant on duty from sunrise to sunset, seven (7) days a week, and “on call” service during all other hours.
