§ 5-43  DEPOSITING FUEL, OIL AND THE LIKE ON AIRPORT SURFACE.
   No fuel, lubricant, oil, grease, chemical or other harmful or dangerous substance shall be deposited, drained onto, or allowed to remain on any surface of the airport.
