   (a)   (1)   Where the sewage bills are for large commercial and industrial accounts, the following readiness-to-serve charges shall apply based on the water meter size:

      (2)   Additional charges for all sewage flow based on water metered to the premises shall be made according to the rate contained in the quantity rate schedule in subsection (e) below.
   (b)   (1)   Where bills are rendered monthly as to industrial users, subject to the conditions set forth in § 46-58.2 upon which a charge for sewage disposal is imposed, the following charges for sewage service shall be made on each meter monthly or any part thereof.

   (f)   The sewer fund shall pay to the general fund of the City $300,00 annually to compensate for municipal services provided to the Sewer Division. The payments shall be made in equal monthly installments.
