§ 1-138  NOTIFICATION OF VIOLATION OF ORDINANCES REQUIRED.
   Any officer or employee who becomes aware of information, in the course of his official duties, regarding conduct which may constitute a violation of any ordinance adopted under Section 1-602 of the Charter, shall furnish the information forthwith to the office of the Ombudsman.
