Where large moveable receptacles are authorized, they shall not be installed until a permit has been obtained from the Department of Public Works and Utilities. A permit shall be issued only after payment of a fee as specified in Chapter 26 of this Code. Sufficient receptacles shall be provided to hold two weeks’ accumulation of refuse. Any permit can be revoked for cause by the Department of Public Works and Utilities.
