(a) In the case of a business, all trash collection and storage areas not located within a fully enclosed building or structure shall be completely enclosed by a solid wall, solid fence, dense living hedge and/or solid gate not less than six feet in height.
(b) This section shall not apply to any of the following:
(1) Businesses located in the Downtown Development District of the City as defined in § 2-125 of this Code of ordinances; or
(2) Any business that is located in the E Heavy Commercial — Limited Manufacturing District, F Intermediate Manufacturing District or G Heavy Manufacturing District zoning classification, as defined in Chapter 50 of this Code of ordinances.
