305.13 HAZARDOUS INTERSECTIONS.
The Traffic Commission is authorized to determine and designate those intersections where particular hazards exist on other than through streets and to determine whether vehicles shall stop at one or more entrances to any such intersection, and shall erect a stop sign at every place where a stop is required. In the event the Traffic Commission determines that reduced speed rather than a stop is adequate for safe operation at any such intersection, they shall determine such safe speed by investigation and shall erect signs on the approach to such intersection giving notice of such speed.
