305.10 TRAFFIC SIGNS AND SIGNALS.
   (a)   The Traffic Commission shall determine and designate the character or type of all official traffic signs and signals which shall conform to the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices for streets and highways.
 
   (b)   The Traffic Commission is authorized to place and maintain or cause to be placed and maintained all official traffic signs and signals. All signs and signals required hereunder for a particular purpose shall, so far as practicable, be uniform as to type and location throughout the City.

305.11 STOP SIGNS.
   The Traffic Commission is authorized to designate stop streets and intersections and to place and maintain or cause to be placed and maintained, on each intersection at or near the property line of the street, appropriate signs on the street. Such signs, devices or marks shall bear the word "stop" and shall be located in such position and provided with letters of a size to be clearly legible from a distance of at least 100 feet. Such signs shall be illuminated at night or placed to be illuminated by street lights or by the headlights of approaching motor vehicles.

305.12 ONE-WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS.
   The Traffic Commission is authorized to designate by appropriate signs those streets and alleys on which vehicles shall move in one direction only.

305.13 HAZARDOUS INTERSECTIONS.
   The Traffic Commission is authorized to determine and designate those intersections where particular hazards exist on other than through streets and to determine whether vehicles shall stop at one or more entrances to any such intersection, and shall erect a stop sign at every place where a stop is required. In the event the Traffic Commission determines that reduced speed rather than a stop is adequate for safe operation at any such intersection, they shall determine such safe speed by investigation and shall erect signs on the approach to such intersection giving notice of such speed.

305.14 TIME PARKING.
   The Traffic Commission is required to erect appropriate signs, giving notice of any time limit parking imposed on any streets, and no such time limit regulations shall be effective until and unless such signs are erected.

305.15 NO PARKING ON ONE SIDE OF STREET.
   The Traffic Commission is authorized to erect signs indicating no parking on the side of any street when such parking would, in their opinion, interfere with traffic or create a hazardous condition.
