305.03 CROSSWALKS.

   The Traffic Commission is authorized and directed to designate and maintain, or cause to be maintained, marks or lines or appropriate devices on the surface of the streets or roadway or crosswalks at intersections where, in the opinion of the Commission, there is particular danger to pedestrians crossing the street, and at such other places as they may deem necessary.
